Dear readers,

It has been quite a while since I’ve heard any thing from or about Harvey Walsh. I believe he moved his swindling practices from YouTube to iTunes. I guess he noticed that his videos on YouTube where not getting the masses of wannabe day traders it used to get. Maybe he finally acknowledged his defeat after reading my messages, where I make fun of him and his pathetic scam businesses. As expected, Harvey Walsh aka. Henry Eldridge-Doyle never has the balls to reply to my messages straightaway. Obviously Mr. Doyle always waits a week or two before spewing foul language with a newly created YouTube account. All very amusing!

To my pleasant surprise I recently found a great video on YouTube by Rutasr. He or she is also convinced that Harvey Walsh is a fraud. From the text I deduce that Rutasr has bought the course, or at least got his or her hands on a copy and studied it.

Script:

“Walsh Walsh is a genius!” … “At selling a dream”

“What he does” … “He posts videos on YouTube and iTunes showing perfect trade setups and entries” … “His YouTube videos make you think his ‘trades’ are real.” … “He summaries the video with the huge profits he made.” … “It’s all FAKE!”

“Harvey Walsh YouTube videos” … “His ‘trades’ turn to profit immediately when he enters them.” … “His entries never retrace back!! WTF right!” … “He never shows loses” … “His 1,000 lot executions are filled immediately” … “But its all FAKE!”

“How he does it.” … “His videos on YouTube are not real.” … “They are replayed, not live.” … “Uses replay function in e-Signal charting program.” … “Replays the Time and Sales for that day.” … “Goes through countless replays until he finds one that looks easy and will support the material in his course.” … “He fast forwarded the replay to see if it will preform like he preaches in his course.” … “It’s a simulated environment where he knows in advance that it will breakout and won’t retrace by fast forwarding the replay.”

“The reality of breakouts.” … “I’ve been day trading for 2 years.” … “I’ve got a copy of his course.” … “His method works in theory, but very RARELY do stocks perform like those in his videos.” … “What usually happens is that the stock will make new highs/lows of the day then retrace back.” … “They may make a new high/low afterwards but not like the momentum in his videos.”

“Ingenious concept.” … “He has designed a system on how to sell his course, not a system for trading.” … “He has re-created trades in his replay videos that make you think this is so easy.” … “How does he do it?” … “You buy the course (170USD).”

So, there you have it. Again, another source, acknowledging the same conclusions I had starting way back in 2007. This leaves me to give kudos to Rutasr for his great video and shrewd perceptions and greetings to the rest of my readers.

Goodbye…

The world is coming to the end. Well, at least this statement goes for the financial world. It’s not going great the last couple of months and it’s getting worse by the day. Banks like Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch, Fanny May, Freddie Mac etc. all seemed to be made of cardboard, just like those movie stages at Universal Studios. Is Wall Street any different from Hollywood?

This made me think of my dear friend Henry E. Doyle. He—posing as Harvey Walsh—is a “make-believe” type of guy. Nothing more or less than an actor, playing a brilliantly fantasized character on a cardboard stage, trying to make the audience believe that he is as real as yourself. There’s one slight difference between us—the average working class bonehead—and this character “Harvey Walsh”. When it comes to every day problems, he always speaks in past sentences. For instance, he “had” problems paying his bills or he “had” a shitty job. Or, he “lived” in a shoe-box apartment and “drove” a banged-up peace of crap. That has all come to pass. He now enjoys a problem free life and wants you to know it. Why he’s so keen on letting us know—the simpletons, he’s got it made “big time” is beyond me. He even seems to enjoy rubbing our faces in it, claiming he only “works” from 9:00 till 11:00 am. Is this character some kind of sadistic asshole?

Fortunately for the audience, “Walsh” is not a sadist. He’s just so happy with his newly discovered wealth that he wants to share it with the rest of us. He is simply very sympathetic and wants to help you get rid of your seemingly pointless existence. His dream, strangely enough, is to make you as rich as he is and give you, like he once had, the opportunity to let you live the life you always wanted. No more trouble paying bills. You’ll be living in a castle and drive fancy cars in no time—after you’ve read his book. “His book?” you ask. Yes, first we need to read his book. Luckily there’s no need to travel to the center of middle earth, in search of some elusive bearded recluse, only willing to teach after some subservient ritual. Our heroic star has already done such epic journeys filled with dangers, desperations and lots of shaft sucking and knob rubbing and wrote all his adventures in this book. A book filled with magical knowledge that will launch you to unimaginable wealth.

Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? I confess to have a tendency to exaggerate, but without such theatrical rhetoric, most people are still too naive or even stupid, making them incapable to see that “Harvey Walsh” and his day trading freedom service is a load of crap. Some visitors—probably affiliates or “Harvey” himself—replied that I couldn’t judge the course since I did not have a copy. Indeed I confirm not having the honor yet of reading it and since I’m not prepared to blow my hard earned money on this product, I will probably never will—unless some of my visitors are willing to scan it and send it to me as a pdf-format. Anyways, in their defense, they claim that judging is only for the ones that have bought the product. If that’s the case I would suggest them to suck a dick, because when asked, I imagine them claiming not to be gay, but—from their point of view—never having the experience of such sexual acts, how can they be so sure about not being gay? You see, we are all capable of judging without going through an experience. We do not have to weigh a fatty to know they’re heavy and have an unhealthy diet. Do you have to taste a turd to know it’s crap? I think not.

Looking at Harvey’s Youtube channel, i’m happy to see that his video’s aren’t popular anymore. Before I started with my campaign telling you about who “Harvey Walsh” really is, he had thousands of views per video. Lately this has diminished to a couple of hundred and thus he’s hurting bad. But Harvey isn’t stopping. He started sending more messages to his subscribers then he ever did before. He even started an online advertising campaign. Again and again he attempts to win your trust by claiming that losing your job isn’t a problem at all. Just watch him on Youtube and buy that magical course and you’ll laugh your way to the coming recession or even depression and live happily ever after.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going and it seems Harvey Walsh feels like he’s back in the saddle. Does he really think he’s untouchable? I know there are a lot of people out there that were planning to buy his course, like I once did. But after hearing the truth, were happy not to fall for this scam. Though saved by the bell, I still feel like I’ve been cheated. Maybe it’s me but I would like to turn up the heat and hopefully you do too. And lately, we are in luck since we can hit him where it hurts the most, his wallet. Since he wants visitors, who are we not to grant him his wishes. That’s why I go to his site a few times a day, taking a detour through diffent search engines and following the sponsored links, funded by Harvey Walsh. Are you with me?

Today is a fine day. Although it’s rainy, I couldn’t be happier. After months of preparations and research, I and my “free thinking” friends brought Henry Eldridge-Doyle to his knees. It was a long and sometimes, hard road to travel due to the many negative comments by naive “wannabe” day traders, defending Harvey Walsh vigorously, even after it became clear he had lied about his identity. These “holy warriors” of Walsh’s book, blind and deaf by their own stupidity to see what their “guru” is really about, tried to convince me that his product is sound and not a scam. They say they made thousands of dollars after buying the course and so I was wrong and needed to stop spreading these false accusations.

Everyone has his faults, but it has become clear to me that admitting you’ve been cheated out of your money is probably the biggest and the hardest to overcome. I say cheated, because he presented himself to me as “Harvey Walsh, the day trader” while he is in fact Henry Eldridge-Doyle and has a history on the net as an Internet marketeer. Not a trader, swing or day trader, technical or fundamental analyst or any other kind of job related to the market. Though anyone is free to change his profession at any time, knowing the fact he’s an Internet marketeer, it’s becomes clear why his day-trading-freedom business is all about stuffing that course down the throats of anyone that has lost all common sense due to their greedy hopes and dreams, seeing his “fake” video’s where he’s obviously trading “paper”, making them think Walsh is for real.

Taking a closer look at Henry Doyle’s other businesses, we see the same pattern in almost all his other ventures as well. Again selling some kind of product, shoving it down the throats of the blissful, blinded by the facade he creates to cover his tracks and his real intent, which is swindling people out of their money with something worthless or at least, something they could have gotten themselves for free.

Like for instance his Tarot or Numerology venture. He shows his “talents” in video’s and tries to lure you into buying his DVD’s and booklets. I’m sure this crap could work for some misguided and unstable people out there, searching for some kind of answer about life. Maybe some lucky bastard got the 50 million dollar lottery ticket after some numerology teachings by James Steem or saved someone from certain death thanks to his shabby astrology course. Would you jump out of a plain without a parachute, because someone was lucky enough to survive a malfunctioning parachute jump? Although evidently it is doable, no one in his or her right mind will volunteer to do such a jump! Especially when the odds of jumping from a plane, flying at 4,000 feet and walking away without a scratch is a billion to one.

Why such an elaborate story? I’m trying to show you that life is as unpredictable as rolling dice and beating the odds is done by the numbers. Throw enough people out of a plain without a parachute and some day, someone will stand up like nothing happened. Most of us will say that he’s incredibly lucky, other will try to convince us he was send by God to save humankind. Just because someone is successful, following a system or course doesn’t mean it works for everyone. It could well be that out of 10,000 traders following Walsh’s course, 10 are raking up thousands of dollars a day, like Walsh is showing in his staged video’s. Naturally these successful traders will claim, it all had to do with Walsh’s course, but can we proof, without reasonable doubt, that Walsh’s course works? Then again, is it possible to proof Walsh’s course fails? We could do so only by scientific research, but I don’t think Walsh is willing to participate in an endeavor where we isolate 20 to 30 traders in some office, where they trade for a year, day-in and day-out, with Walsh’s methods. Anyone willing to try has my support all the way.

Since there no way to proof Walsh’s course really works or fails, the one thing that remains is the man “Harvey Walsh” himself. I’ve proved multiple ways that he’s a fictitious character created by Henry Eldridge-Doyle and now, he finally admitted it himself. He recently changed the “Terms of Use” of his day-trading-freedom website.

CONTACT INFORMATION
“Harvey Walsh” is a nom de plume. Contact information for the author:

You see, Harvey Walsh is a “pen name”. A pseudonym. Not real! Hopefully, the ones that wanted me to stop telling “these lies”, I guess you owe me an apology. Not that I’m expecting it or even want it. You’re only human with all it’s vices and faults, but not coming to terms with your own failing judgment could lead to ultimate disaster on the stock market. Do not search your riches in another man, but find them within yourself. You are the key to your own success!

Good luck…

ps. Last, but not least …a message to all the affiliates of Walsh’s scamming business and, not to forget the other morons giving me crap for telling the truth. …GAME OVER …YOU STUPID DOUCHE BAGS!

Dear reader,

Since march 2007, I been watching video’s on Youtube, made by a guy called Harvey Walsh. Like most people, I was amazed how Harvey Walsh made thousands of dollars a day, in just a couple of hours of trading. Naturally my curiosity led me to Harvey Walsh’s website daytradingfreedom.com and I decided to subscribe to his free report. Days later I started to regret that decision because my mailbox received all kinds of unsolicited adverts of vendors trying to sell me software, subscriptions or other products. The methods used by these vendors were very annoying and most of all very pushy. One vendor, selling some sort of super trade platform, invited me to a live web seminar. They demonstrated the platform while constantly trying to persuade me in buying it for a bargain price. They told me they had only a hundred copies made, so I had to be quick or I would not be able to buy it at all. “If the platform is that good, why not make a thousand copies?” After that legitimate question, I was abruptly disconnected. This made me question something else.

Was I lured in some kind of web ring of scammers?

This question needed to be answered and so I went on my quest to find more about Harvey Walsh. My suspicions became more solid after seeing “The Tradeshow”, promoted in Walsh’s “free report”. It didn’t take long for me to find out that Harvey Walsh isn’t Harvey Walsh at all. Harvey Walsh is a fictional character created by the host of “the tradeshow”, Henry Eldridge-Doyle.

Mr. Doyle is also known for a trade simulation program called TSim+, vigorously promoted by Harvey Walsh in some of his replies to viewers of his Youtube channel. Henry Eldridge-Doyle in turn replied on the daytradingfreedom.com as a very satisfied customer. After 2 minutes or so in the second video, Henry Doyle starts his promotion of a course of non other than, Harvey Walsh!

Searching the net, it has become clear that Henry Eldridge-Doyle is in fact a Internet Marketeer. He’s the entrepreneur behind e.g. keyword-toolkit.com where he’s trying to sell software that’s “useful” for Marketing the Internet. Probably for years, Henry Eldridge-Doyle is dreaming of becoming the next Internet millionaire, but didn’t have the right angle to make his dreams come true. This made him step into a totally different business that has for centuries been synonymous with the world of swindling. Better known as para-normal schemes of Tarot, Astrology and Numerology. Henry E. Doyle knew this to be true and this is why not Henry Eldridge-Doyle is behind these businesses, but a newly created fictional character called James Steem. This character was created to host the “wonderful” video’s on Tarotbyvideo.com and Powernumerology.com.

After some time, Henry E. Doyle probably realized that these businesses were not the money-printing machines he had hoped for. Although the world is filled with morons, stupid enough to believe in the fortune-telling capabilities “guru” James Steem using Tarot, Astrology and Numerology, Doyle was struggling, selling this load of crap. He switch tactics and introduced a competition and the “Buy-now-for-bargain-price” and “there’s-only-a-limited-number-of-copies” tactics, like the software vendor described above. Yes, Henry Eldridge-Doyle aka James Steem was gradually maturing into a real professional scammer.

But scamming the naive, mentally unstable and weak, was not enough to get him the riches he craves. If you want to make real money, you have to follow the money and so Henry Eldridge-Doyle figured out a way to get into the business of investments. The stock market has a lot of similarities with the scamming businesses Henry E. Doyle was already running. There’s nothing more important for an investor then being able to tell what the future holds. Also, a lot of investors seek a mentor or guru, showing them the way to fabulous riches. Henry E. Doyle saw himself shooting fish in a barrel. But again, not Henry E. Doyle was going to run that show. He again created a fictional character and so “Harvey Walsh” was born. This time Henry E. Doyle was not going to show Harvey Walsh’s face, because he already had done so as “guru” James Steem and “show master” Henry E. Doyle! He thinks no one is smart enough to put Steem and Doyle together, but since he had big plans with “Harvey Walsh”, he wasn’t willing to take the risk.

You’ve probably seen Harvey Walsh trade in his video on Youtube, but have you noticed his voice? Having heard Henry Eldridge-Doyle aka James Steem in the video’s, do you notice that these voices have many similarities? Clearly Harvey Walsh’s voice has been altered. Henry Eldrigde-Doyle is trying to mask his true identity by lowering his voice’s pitch with some sort of software. I’ve taken the audio of the James Steem video and lowered the pitch just a little and you can hear Harvey Walsh. Then I took the the audio of Harvey Walsh’s video, recorded on 26 june 2008. We can clearly hear James Steem aka Henry Eldridge-Doyle.

James Steem’s Voice Pitched Down

Harvey Walsh’s Voice Pitched Up

Harvey Walsh is not a real trader. Seeing the proof so far, he’s clearly a scammer. He doesn’t know a lot or anything about trading. This is why he filters replies of his Youtube video’s. If you question his abilities or his shitty course, he will not post your reply. So, what’s a trader worth if he can not even defend his strategies and talents against other traders with some criticism? If you ask Harvey Walsh about his method he’s using, he will always tell you to buy his course. It’s clear that he only wants to sell you his crap and nothing more. Take for instance if you ask him how much money he has for trading the way he does, he simply says that that’s not important. In fact, the size of your trading capital is extremly important, because it shows you how much risk you can or can not take on any given trade. Looking at the video’s, it’s obvious he has to have at least a couple hundred thousands. Going long on a thousand Apple shares for $180 and some more on others, you would need quite a big bank roll, which I seriously doubt he has or ever will have. He also advices his viewers not to go to any trading forums, scaring you that these are full of scammers, trying to take your money. The real reason is that many forums know Harvey Walsh and know he’s showing crap in his video’s. On Trade2Win some members have already found out the truth behind Harvey Walsh and his scamming website daytradingfreedom.com. Even more surprising, Henry Eldridge-Doyle aka Harvey Walsh, has been a member on that forum since 2001!

More proof of Henry E. Doyle and Harvey Walsh being one and the same person is seen in the signatures on James Steem and Harvey Walsh.

Seeing the animation (click the image) it is clear that the similarities of some letter is striking. Especially the “s”, looks exactly the same and is like a ship anchor.

I’m sorry to bust the bubble for those who thought this would be an easy way to get rich. The one who’s getting rich is not you, but Harvey Walsh aka Henry E. Doyle. The video’s tell you nothing! Ever asked if maybe he’s not trading real money at all, but just paper money. He doesn’t show you the risk/reward taking a trade. He only shows you what you want to see. He preys on your weaknesses and make you believe that trading stock is a guaranteed money-printing machine for all. Especially if you listen to Harvey and buy his crap. He tries to win your confidence by feeding you the dreams you crave and than stick it to you with a booklet and DVD’s that doesn’t have any value. Search the net and read the forums and you’ll see that many customers of Harvey Walsh’s daytradingfreedom.com are not satisfied at all. Many tried to get their money back, since Harvey Walsh’s has “Iron Cast Guarantee” money back service. They’re still waiting and will be waiting until hell freezes over! They have been scammed and simply lost their money to this peace of shit.

As of today, Henry Eldridge-Doyle has changed most websites he is running. He got wind of the fact that he has been found out. He’s trying to save his business of scamming people, by covering his tracks. Luckily, I’ve been saving the video’s since the beginning.

Henry Eldridge-Doyle, you can run but you can’t hide, scammer!

I also tried to find the real identity behind all the domains, run by either Harvey Walsh, James Steem or Henry E. Doyle. But every single time the real name behind them is hidden. The site WhoisGuard provides a service that hides the real identity for domains. This type of service is mostly used by vendors that do questionable businesses. Why would some one like Harvey, James or Henry need such a service?

So where is Harvey Walsh or Henry Eldridge-Doyle now? In his video of 26 june 2008, he says he and Miss’s Walsh has come all the way from “the States” to come watch Wimbeldon with some friends. I’m sure there isn’t a Miss’s Walsh either. There simply could not be a Miss’s, since Harvey Walsh doesn’t exist at all. Maybe there’s a Miss’s Doyle, but I seriously doubt that as well since his has the looks and charm of a devious little scamming rat. Clearly he’s from Great Britain, but I know he doesn’t life there anymore. His website daytradingfreedom.com leads to a company called SARL Beige Media, located at 87300 Berneuil, France. The sites tarotbyvideo.com, powernumerology.com and keyword-toolkit.com also lead to this address, which is too much of a coincidence to me and proves again that all these characters are the same, called Henry E. Doyle. Why then, does he want us to believe that he’s living in the United States? Is married? Wants a huge LCD screen? Again he tries to lure you into his lies by telling he’s just a normal guy like you and I, hoping to win your confidence and trust. His whole life is one big fat fucking lie. But who cares? I sure as hell don’t! He’s simply a rat and always be a rat. I only hope I have avoided people from being scammed by this peace of shit.

Thank you and goodbye……
